Shipping and Delivery

All our packages are sent via tracked mail or parcel through La Poste and its partners. We do not offer shipping without tracking because we want to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.

Your tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is shipped, via email, or by phone if you provide your number at registration. It is important to provide your phone number to allow delivery personnel to contact you if the parcels do not fit in your mailbox.

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be sent back within 21 days of delivery.
A cancellation can be requested up to 3 hours after the order.

Returns are at the expense of the buyer and must be sent at least by tracked mail with a tracking number to the return address specified below.

You can return items directly in their original packaging via La Poste, at a post office, or by printing your own stamps at home after purchasing them on the La Poste website.
