Our feathers, our commitments
All the feathers you decide to purchase on authenticfeathers.com are selected, sorted, prepared, and shipped by hand in and from France. The photos you find on the product pages are all taken without the use of filters: we want to give you the most accurate image possible of the product you will receive at home.
The preparation and shipping
The feathers are sent to you in individual plastic bags to protect them during transport, but can also be packed in black or white tissue paper if you prefer a plastic-free shipment, you just need to send us a small message and we will take care of it. Each shipment is made within 24 working hours and sent in a tracked parcel service taking 48 hours. The smallest feathers are sent in envelopes with reinforced protection, while the largest ones are sent in double corrugated cardboard boxes, protected by tissue paper and padding. Each of our packages is accompanied by our personal touch: a few sprigs of lavender!
